1. Send Alert
Complete the form on the home page and answer a few questions about the fault on the Basic Repair Details pop-up. This information will be sent direct to your local engineer.
2. Check Email
You will receive an automated email detailing the information you have submitted. Check this over for accuracy and inform us using the online contact page if there are any errors.
3. Receive Messsage
You will shortly receive an SMS Message and an email detailing the engineers response. It will include when they will next be available to attend your address and service your oven, grill or cooker.
4. Accept or Decline
You will be given the option to either accept or decline the engineers current availability OR schedule a different day / time.
5. Your Personal Account
You will receive login details to your online account which you can login here. You can manage the repair request from here and also see the status of your repair request.
